The post of the Associate Franchise Business Consultant / ANALYST to be based out of our Corporate HO at Sparkleminds Bangalore and reporting directly to Principal consultant will be to

  1. Write market analyses, feasibility studies, business plans and franchise structure outlines for clients seeking to create franchise business models. You must be great at creating business kits & business model presentations.
  2. Produce financial data, projecting cash flow performance of proposed franchise systems to develop and support recommendations in studies and other documents or as an end-project in and of itself.
  3. Obtain market information for the organization and clients.
  4. Effectively assist principal consultant in discovery day programs whereby explaining the benefits of the strategic planning process to prospective clients.
  5. Write proposals, meet with prospective clients, and perform other pre-sales activities related to generation of new business for the organization.
  6. Develop clients, lead break-out meetings, and assist client in structuring the franchise program.
  7. Independently manage on-going client relationships and deliverables.
  8. CTC: Rs 3L P.A – 4L P.A +
  9. Consultants with good presentation and pre-sales skills, will easily achieve incentives in excess of Rs 2.4L P.A.

Content Writer

We are seeking Versatile Creative Content Writers / Business Writers who can manage the entire content on FranchiseBazar.com, Write Articles and Blogs and provide content to our social media teams.

You must have excellent English Writing skills to be able to deliver business content on LinkedIn, GooglePlus, Blog & Facebook. You must be able to get results from a combination of several digital activities based on what our team seek within specified time frames and should be well settled in Bangalore.If you fit into the above mould please read our detailed JD as below:

The key responsibility of the Content Writer who will be based out of our Race Course Road Office in Bangalore is to:

  1. Web Content Incharge: Write content and be completely incharge of all content on India Franchise Blog and Franchise Bazar and our other blogs including doing press releases and publishing in other social media sites. This includes updating content, managing event calendar and manage online images and photo galleries. You will also be incharge of creating content for new websites that we plan to build.
  2. Social Media Marketing: Lead the development and execution of interactive and digital marketing campaigns to drive brand consumers through day-to-day management of the brand(s) presence on Google +, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Blogger, YouTube and other social media platforms.
  3. DataBase Management: Collate data that we receive of franchisors, entrepreneurs and others on the portal and manage them effectively for the use of sales teams for e-shots and other marketing activities. You will have to ensure that all franchisor data on our portal is presented correctly and will be incharge of approving all content from our franchisors and other members on the portal.Cross Functional Experience- Knowledge of crossfunctions like Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Optimization (SMO) , Social Media Marketing (SMM) / Internet Marketing and Web Content Management will be of great advantage.
  4. Franchise Marketing Collaterals: Proof read our clients franchise marketing kits and marketing collaterals and ensure that they are well written and understood.
  5. CTC: Rs 3L-4L P.A +

Corporate Sales Managers

The key responsibility of the Business Development Managers (3 openings, 1 each in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore) will be to:

  1. Identify Companies seeking Business Expansion. Most of these companies/ businesses/ brands will need Franchisees, Partners, Distributors, Dealers and Agentsto give them access to new markets. We have entrepreneurs that these brands need on our platforms and hence you will offer them our entire range of franchise marketing and recruitment services, based on their exact budgetary allocations and requirements.
  2. Speak to Business Owners / Brands & Businesses keen to franchise their businesses and offer them our consulting services including franchise strategy development, franchise documentation, marketing and recruitment of franchises for their brands pan India.
  3. Sign up clients for our Advertising Packages and other Customized Plans through which client recruit franchises / Business Partners using our email campaigns, discovery day programs,digital marketing activities and franchise brokerage services.
  4. Manage Key Accounts, strategize each clients expansion plan to recruit franchises for them after they come on board with us using our platforms and offer end to end solutions and ensure that you achieve customer satisfaction as per FranchiseBazar corporate guidelines.
  5. CTC: Rs 4L P.A +
  6. +Incentives: Could easily Exceed Rs 2.4 L P.A + if you have a Panache for Sales / Channel Development.
  7. If you are from the franchise industry and have done any kind of franchise acquisition and have a corporate client acquisition background or have already done any kind of corporate client acquisitionsfor e-commerce portals eg : at Indiamart, TradeIndia, JustDial, Naukri or other companies which offer solutions through their portals and your role was to acquire new clients (the role mentioned above is similar), sell memberships or advertisement packages or Candidates who have strong corporate clients acquisition history will be preferred.
  8. Please understand the JD, the desired skills and expertise completely before you meet us. Also you must be well settled in Delhi (Mumbai or Bangalore if you are applying for those cities), have your own vehicle & ready for a long term corporate career which capsulate e-commerce, sales, marketing, strategy and growth for multiple clients.
